Customer Support Representative Company: Prize Windows Job Summary: Prize Windows is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and helpful information about our window products and services. Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer support system. Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process and suggest solutions for enhancing customer service. Requirements: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathy and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
