Job Summary:

Prize Windows is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our window products and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer support system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process and suggest solutions for enhancing customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathy and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
