Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our window products and services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer support system.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer support process and suggest solutions for enhancing customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
